Connolly Bove Attorney Participates in PLI Seminar
Richard D. Levin, a partner in the Wilmington Office of Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz and member of the Corporate and Commercial Business Law Group, participated in the PLI Seminar “Commercial Real Estate Financing 2006” held in three different cities across the country between January and March of 2006. Mr. Levin’s presentation, which was co-authored by CBLH associate Brian Gottesman, focused on Delaware Entities, including topics related to the advantages of Delaware law for SPE’s, how Delaware law facilitates the use of a single member limited liability company, “The Delaware opinion requirements”, and current issues with Delaware Entities.
