CBLH Names Rachel Anne Dwares Commercial Real Estate Practice Group Leader
Connolly Bove’s expanding Business Law Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Anne Dwares as the new Chair of its Commercial Real Estate Practice.
Rachel joined Connolly Bove in November 2006. She has an active commercial transactional practice focusing on real estate transactions, representing both owners and tenants in significant retail, office and industrial acquisition and leasing transactions, including build-to-suit leases, ground leases and major metropolitan and suburban office leases in Delaware and across the country.
Rachel has represented major Delaware and national lenders in sophisticated financing arrangements, including multi-state, multi-property portfolio financing, debt and equity financing, construction loans, permanent loans, work-outs and participating loans. She has represented principal parties in acquisitions and dispositions, economic development projects, commercial condominiums, construction and architect agreements, management agreements, brokerage agreements, easements, licenses and satellite agreements.
Rachel graduated with a B.A. from Cornell University and she obtained her J.D. from Boston University.
The Commercial Real Estate practice coincides with the addition of skilled attorneys in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, and Banking and Financial Institutional Regulatory. These services compliment the firm’s established Business Law Group where the firm has continuously served clients in complex litigation in all Delaware Courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery.
