CBLH Attorney to Speak in Business Law Forum, Webcast
Matthew M. Greenberg, a partner in the firm’s Business Law Group, is set to participate in a forum and live Webcast entitled “What All Business Lawyers Must Know About Delaware Law Developments 2008” on May 21, 2008 in New York City.
Matt will participate in the discussion on “Alternative Entities – Recent Developments and Cutting-Edge Issues” along with several other Wilmington attorneys. Other topics being covered include “Recent Developments in Delaware Law,” “The Issuance of Stock Options – Revisited,” “The View from the Corporate Plaintiffs’ Bar and Reaction” and “Whom Do You Represent and Why?” A Keynote Address will be given by Chancellor William B. Chandler III of the Delaware Chancery Court.
