Evening Document Production Secretary – Wilmington, DE Office

The firm seeks a legal secretary with significant litigation experience to work the 4:00 – midnight shift. Along with a tactful and professional demeanor, the ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of the litigation process including preparation of related documents, and knowledge of Federal and local court procedures, including e-filing. The ability to type at least 65 WPM and proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products is also required.

Patent Prosecution Secretary – Washington, DC Office

The firm seeks a Patent Prosecution Secretary with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of IP experience. Candidates must have excellent typing and computer skills and be very detail oriented. Expertise in all aspects of patent prosecution is necessary, including preparing new applications, amendments and responses, client correspondence, monitoring and maintaining attorneys case dockets, and investigating the status of cases as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, CPI, IManage and knowledge of IPDAS; excellent spelling, proofreading and editing skills; high attention to detail; outstanding communication skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under tight deadlines; must be extremely organized, strong tenure and the desire to be an essential part of a busy practice as a team player.
