Timothy M. Holly is an Associate in the firm’s Business Law Group. He represents clients in labor and employment law matters.

Tim’s practice includes unemployment compensation and federal and state laws pertaining to employment discrimination. He serves both management and employees in state and federal courts, as well as before the Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Tim serves as lead and local counsel for all matters of litigation and provides transactional services such as policy drafting non-competition, confidentiality and severance agreements and contracts of all natures.
