Stanley B. Green is a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. He represents clients in a variety of areas including patent counseling and opinions, licensing and transactions, interferences, litigation, prosecution and reissue and reexaminations in computer and communication technology matters.

He has engaged in litigation involving infringement and licensing issues, provided advice on licensing matters, counseled clients in connection with asserting their own patents and avoiding patents of others and preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the United States and elsewhere.

The computer technology Stan has worked with runs the gamut from the very earliest digital computers to desktop computers like the PS/2 as well as modern graphics accelerators. In addition, his computer experience includes work with software and e-commerce in a variety of applications. In the communications area he has worked with communication technologies underlying IEEE standards for the token ring (802.5), wireless local area networks (802.11), demand access (802.12), as well as Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) in both satellite and cellular based applications and telephone technology underlying 800 and credit card calling services.
