
Mark J. Pino is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. He is a co-vice chair of the firm's Patent Prosecution and Counseling section, a member of the Hiring Committee and a member of the Associate Evaluation Committee.
He represents clients in a variety of areas including patent counseling and opinions, litigation, due diligence, International Trade Commission proceedings, licensing and transactions, interferences, prosecution and reissue and reexaminations in pharmaceutical, biochemical and chemical matters.
He has extensive experience with subject matter involving small molecules, pharmaceuticals, synthetic organic chemistry, cell and biochemical based assays, organometallic catalysts and fluoropolymers. His experience extends to ANDA litigations, cases before the International Trade Commission and patent interferences.
