Marc J. Phillips is an Associate in the firm’s Business Law Group. He represents clients in corporate reorganizations and creditor's rights.

Marc’s practice includes representing debtors, creditors, trustees and committees involved in commercial Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases and providing opinions on bankruptcy related issues such as non-consolidation. Marc also assists in the firm's business and corporate litigation practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Marc played professional baseball for four years, including two seasons with the Wilmington Blue Rocks.
