Jeffrey C. Wisler is a Partner in the firm’s Business Law Group. He is the chair of the Bankruptcy section and the chair of the Associate Evaluation Committee.

Jeff represents creditors, debtors, committees, lenders, asset purchasers and other interest holders in large and complex commercial reorganization and liquidation cases before Bankruptcy Courts throughout the country, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He serves on the Delaware Bankruptcy Rules and Practice Committee and its Local Rules Subcommittee.

Jeff also has substantial experience litigating commercial disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Supreme Court, the Delaware Superior Court and other Delaware Courts.
