James M. Mulligan, Jr. is Of Counsel in the firm’s Business Law Group. He has represented clients in a variety of areas including general corporate services, corporate governance, Delaware corporate counseling, alternative entities and joint ventures and Delaware holding companies.
He has tried cases before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court. He has argued appeals before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the First Circuit and the Delaware Supreme Court.
His current practice centers on the preparation of opinion letters concerning Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and Delaware statutory trusts.
