Jennifer ("Jen") Fraser is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. She is a co-chair of the firm's Trademark and Copyrights section.
She represents clients in a variety of areas including trademarks and trademark and copyright litigation.
Jen’s practice focuses primarily on the selection, use and enforcement of trademarks including prosecuting U.S. and foreign applications, litigating rights before the courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and resolving domain name disputes. Jen also assists clients with other intellectual property issues including drafting and reviewing various agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Jen was an associate with an intellectual property boutique in Alexandria, Virginia. She is also a former Examining Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
