Henry ("Hank") E. Gallagher, Jr. is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Group. Hank is a member of the firm's Management Committee.
He represents clients in a variety of areas including corporate litigation, commercial litigation, insurance litigation, Delaware corporate counseling, Delaware alternative entities, and government relations.
Hank has served for most of the past twenty years on the Council of the Delaware Corporation Law Section. The Council is the Delaware State Bar entity responsible for overseeing legislative changes to Delaware's nationally-prominent corporation law.
He served on the Delaware Supreme Court's Board on Professional Responsibility and presently serves on the Delaware Supreme Court's Board of Bar Examiners.
He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as a recommended Delaware practitioner in Corporate Law and Commercial Litigation.
