M. Edward ("Ed") Danberg is Of Counsel with the firm’s Intellectual Property and Business Law Groups. He represents clients in antitrust litigation and counseling, government relations, licensing and transactions and patent litigation in pharmaceutical matters.

Ed is the former County Attorney for New Castle County, Delaware. He has extensive experience in government, having also previously served as an Assistant County Attorney, County Council Attorney and Deputy Attorney General.

Ed has also served as the chairperson of the Government Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
