Daniel ("Dan") J. Harbison is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. He is a member of the firm’s Hiring Committee.
Dan represents clients in a variety of areas including patent litigation and unfair competition and trade secret related matters. He also has extensive experience managing cases involving large scale electronic discovery.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan worked as a chemical engineer and manager for an industry leading environmental software company. While there, he gained extensive experience in modeling chemical processes and all aspects of software design and development.
