Christina M. Gadiano is Of Counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. She represents clients in a variety of areas including patent counseling and opinions, due diligence, interferences, prosecution and reissue and reexaminations in biotechnology and chemical related matters.

Her practice includes strategic analysis and counseling, worldwide patent procurement, assessment of IP assets, analysis of patentability, validity and infringement. She has experience working in a broad range of technologies and fields, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and chemical coatings and compositions. Christina is also experienced in patent litigation in the federal district courts and Section 337 actions before the International Trade Commission.
