Christos T. Adamopoulos is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Group. He represents clients in both corporate litigation and commercial litigation matters.
Chris has litigated cases before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the U.S. District of Delaware, the Delaware Superior Court, the American Arbitration Association and federal and state courts in other jurisdictions. He also has substantial experience assisting clients in business counseling, commercial transactions and entity formation.
