Bruce G. Chapman is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. He has represented clients in more than fifty litigations and appeals, serving as lead trial counsel in over a dozen cases. His practice focuses on patent litigation, but he has also represented clients in trademark, copyright, trade secret, antitrust and other intellectual property-related litigation.
Bruce’s litigation experience includes many advanced technologies, including medical devices, electronics, software, biotechnology and telecommunications. Representative matters include patent litigation relating to blood glucose monitors, defibrillators, cardiac laser surgery, cell separation technology, optical scanning, data decompression, electronic control systems, GPS, automated billing software, and automotive restraint systems.
