Arthur ("Art") G. Connolly, Jr., is Of Counsel in the firm’s Business Law and Intellectual Property Groups. Art represents clients in a variety of areas including corporate litigation, commercial litigation and arbitration and mediation. He has also represented clients in intellectual property litigation for which he has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as a recommended intellectual property law practitioner in Delaware.

Art is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He served as President of the Delaware State Bar Association and he has been appointed by the Delaware Supreme Court to serve on various boards and committees, including the Supreme Court Board of Bar Examiners, the Supreme Court Code of Judicial Conduct Committee and the Supreme Court Board on Professional Responsibility.

He has also served on the Advisory Committee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and at the request of the Governors of Delaware, on the State Public Integrity Commission. By the time his second term ended, he was Chair of the Commission. He has served as a member of numerous boards of directors and trustees including the Delaware Bar Foundation, the Laffey-McHugh Foundation, Archmere Academy and Wilmington Friends School.
